2. Trademarks and Names

The names "MainRoute Core", "MR Core", "MRC", "Pro Bandey", and "M Ramzan Ch", as well as their respective logos, are trademarks and service marks belonging to us.

You may not use these trademarks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages, discredits, or implies false endorsement by MainRoute Core. Use of our brand names in third-party marketing, domain names, or social media handles is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

3. Visual Identity and Assets

When permitted to use our visual assets (such as for press releases or authorized partnerships), you must strictly adhere to our visual identity guidelines. Our brand relies heavily on its designated color scheme and typography.

  • Primary Brand Color: Our official Core Red must be maintained exactly.
    HEX: #f44234
  • Modifications Prohibited: You must not stretch, distort, re-color, or overlay graphics on the MainRoute Core logo or the Pro Bandey insignia.

4. Open Source & Proprietary

MainRoute Core actively contributes to the FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) community. Code repositories made publicly available by us under licenses such as MIT or GPL may be used according to the terms of those specific licenses.

However: The open-source nature of the code does not grant you the right to use the MainRoute Core logo, the "MainRoute Core" name, or the "Pro Bandey" branding for commercial distribution of derivative works. You must re-brand any forked or derived software to avoid trademark infringement.

5. Use and References

You may refer to MainRoute Core or our open-source tools in a factual manner (e.g., "This project was built using tools developed by MainRoute Core"). Factual, non-commercial references do not require explicit permission, provided they do not suggest partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

6. Copyright & Takedown

MainRoute Core respects the intellectual property of others and asks that users of our services do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our website, please notify us immediately.

Conversely, if we find that our proprietary code, designs, or branding have been stolen, mirrored, or utilized without authorization, we reserve the right to issue formal DMCA takedown notices and pursue legal action.
